for the single-register retailer. This economical but powerful
POS solution offers everything a retailer requires in a stand-alone
cash register system, including scanning support, rear display
support, receipt, invoice, and journal printing, electronic cash
drawer, user-definable keyboard layout, and a virtually unlimited
set of cashier functions. BP Stand-Alone is designed for single-register
operations where the retailer does intend to network or integrate
to backroom software solutions. A full credit is provided when
upgrading to either BP Professional or BP Grocery. One system
required per cashier workstation.  BreakPoint Professional is designed for the
more progressive retailer that requires a cash register system
that can network and integrate to backroom systems of all types.
BP Pro offers all of the cashier functions provided by BP Stand-Alone,
plus extensive network and external file support for true real-time
multi-user access across multiple lanes or multiple sites. This
dynamic POS product is 100% hardware/network transparent and
can operate in any local or remote network environment, including
DOS, Windows95, Windows NT, Novell, Lantastic, Internet, personalized
Intranet, TCP/IP, OS/2, UNIX, and standard RS232. This product

BP Pro is designed for small, medium, and large single or multi-store
