256 Departments BreakPoint provides 256 open departments, each having its own assignable Keyboard Layout position, Alpha Descriptor field, Preset PLU field, 4 taxable statuses, Data Capture Function, maximum entry HALO amount, and over 40 Department System Flag options. All of these options may be programmed in the Department Program option of the ALT Systems Menu.
