Unlimited PLU Items BreakPoint supports an unlimited number of PLU Items, or more precisely, as many PLU Items as your hard drive can hold. Each PLU Item has its own Alpha Descriptor field, Department Link field, 4 Taxable Statuses, 6 Levels of PLU Prices, Split Price option, Limited Quantity option, Mix and Match Group option, Tag Printing option, Data Capture Function, maximum Price Override HALO amount, On Hand Quantity field, Minimum Quantity field, Reorder Quantity field, Cost Price field, Link Item field, Giveaway Promotion fields, and over 50 PLU System Flag options. All of these options may be programmed in the PLU Update option of the ALT Systems Menu.
